Chris Wells is an international composer, producer, drummer and percussionist. He will present material from his solo albums Pra Sempre, Atlantic and Velocity, alongside tracks written for his international quartet AZUL (featuring Charlie Wood & São Paulo trumpeter Walmir Gil). Within the set there will be both acoustic and Hammond-led selections reflecting the range of the material, together with some special guests...
Charlie Wood is a singer and keyboardist from Memphis Tennessee where he grew up immersed in jazz, blues, and old-school R&B soul. He will be performing from his latest album Lush Life of Great American Songbook standards as well as from his earlier recordings Flutter And Wow and Charlie Wood And The New Memphis Underground.
